Learning the Creighton Model System (CrMS) begins with an Introductory Session (general presentation in small group or individual format) that explains the scientific foundations, methodology, applications to various reproductive categories and how to NaProTRACK™ your cycles with the CrMS.

This continues with a series of essential, individualized follow-up (FU) teaching appointments.  These are personal, one-on-one  instruction on the use of the system and complete chart review.

At each private follow-up(FU), the FertilityCare™ Practitioner tailors the system to your specific needs.

The general follow up schedule is as follows:

Into Session---1st FU---2nd FU---3rd FU---4thFU -Each 2 weeks apart

---5th FU- One month after 4th follow up

---6th FU- 3 Months after 5th follow up

---7th FU---8th FU 3Months apart

For a total of 8 appointments in 12 months.
